Lost Kudos Reward Claim Form

The Cuckold Chat Artist Team does the best they can to deliver all rewards in a timely manner. Our goal is to have all rewards completed within 72 hours of receipt. However, sometimes things don’t always go according to plan due to real life obligations which can interfere with an artist’s ability to get your free reward back to you on time. (Remember, all these guys have full-time jobs, many have families, etc.)

In the event that it’s been 7 days or more since you submitted pictures for your reward, please use this form to submit a Lost Kudos Reward Claim. The form will get sent immediately to Lonehub–the Operations Manager of all things related to rewards–and cc’d to the artist who is supposed to complete your reward. We will personally look into your claim and get back to you via email.
